What we collect
We collect the details you provide in the website forms: name, email address, organisation and the message you write. Course payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your payment details. Actionate never stores card numbers.
Why we process it
The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the services or courses you have ordered and continue the conversation with you. The legal basis is legitimate interest or performance of a contract.
Sharing and retention
Your data is never sold and is shared only with the providers needed to run the website, send email and process payments. We keep it for as long as it serves that purpose and then delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and object to the processing. Write to anna.hasselberg@actionate.se and we will handle your request.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies required for it to work, such as remembering your language and theme choice. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
